Declare His Glory Among the Nations

The song widens from Israel to all the earth. Nations are summoned to hear of God’s salvation, the LORD is proclaimed King, creation rejoices, and the people pray for rescue and gathering. This is one of Chronicles’ clearest bridges from restored Israel to God’s worldwide kingship. Later Christian mission language resonates strongly with this universal proclamation, but the passage first celebrates YHWH’s kingship and covenant faithfulness.
