Righteousness, Wise Stewardship, and Guarded Speech
Pleasure without restraint consumes resources, but the wise preserve what they have and pursue righteousness and mercy. Wisdom can overcome strength, and guarding mouth and tongue protects life from needless trouble.
Proverbs 21:17–23 and Luke 16:10–12 share a thematic concern with stewardship, character, and the faithful handling of resources. The connection is probable and thematic rather than a direct quotation.
