Instruction, Mercy to the Poor, and the Fear of the LORD

Sloth destroys, but receiving commandments and counsel preserves life. Compassion for the poor is treated as lending to the LORD himself, human plans remain under divine counsel, and the fear of the LORD is again linked directly with life and deep satisfaction.
