Why Divine Threads exists

About Divine Threads

The Bible constantly reaches backward and forward — quoting, echoing, interpreting, developing, and fulfilling what came before. Divine Threads makes those relationships easier to see without flattening them into a simple list of references.

Scripture stays central

The project begins with the biblical text and maps demonstrable connections across the canon. Historical, linguistic, archaeological, and cultural material is used to illuminate the text rather than replace it.

Interesting does not mean certain

Evidence is presented with appropriate confidence. Established facts, plausible parallels, interpretive questions, and speculation remain visibly distinct so readers can explore the evidence for themselves.

Research built for real people

Divine Threads aims to serve both the curious reader who wants one fascinating connection and the serious student who wants the source trail, competing interpretations, textual issues, chronology, and ancient-world background. Families can explore the same Scriptures through Purple Kids Corner, with lessons written for children and teens ages 4–17.
