Leviticus 26 promises that YHWH will set his dwelling among his people and walk among them as their God. In 2 Corinthians 6 Paul uses that covenant-presence language in a composite Scripture citation to identify believers as the temple of the living God. The relationship is explicit covenant development from Israel’s sanctuary-presence promise into Paul’s ecclesial application.

Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 are the Torah's great blessing/curse covenant sanction texts, with both shared treaty-like logic and significant differences in vocabulary and emphasis.

Leviticus 26:11–12 promises God’s dwelling among his covenant people: he will walk among them, be their God, and they will be his people. Revelation 21:3 gathers that covenant-dwelling language into the new creation, where God dwells with humanity and they are his people.
