Psalms 96:13
Heaven, earth, sea, fields, and trees are summoned to rejoice because the LORD comes to judge the world in righteousness and truth. Revelation contains possible echoes of this creation-wide rejoicing and righteous judgment. Those links are best labeled by confidence rather than presented as formal quotations.
Revelation 19:11 may echo Psalm 96:13 by presenting Jesus as the righteous judge in the canonical trajectory of the LORD coming to judge the earth. The theological movement from YHWH’s judgment to Christ is significant, while exact source dependence remains possible rather than certain.
