Moses Inspects, Sees Compliance, and Blesses Israel
When the work of the tabernacle was completed, the Israelites brought everything to Moses. From the garments to the furnishings, they had obeyed the Lord’s instructions exactly. Moses inspected the work, and when he saw it was done according to God’s command, he blessed them.
The completed tabernacle scene in Exodus 39 echoes the completed creation scene: the work is finished, inspected, found according to command, and followed by blessing.
