The Worthless Man and Seven Things the LORD Hates
Corruption appears first in speech, gestures, plotting, and the sowing of discord, then the passage names seven things the LORD hates. The list is not random: proud eyes, lying, innocent bloodshed, scheming, eager feet toward evil, false witness, and divided community describe a person whose whole body has become an instrument of harm.
