The Saints Receive the Everlasting Kingdom
Daniel is troubled and asks a heavenly attendant for the interpretation. The answer identifies the beasts as kingdoms but announces that “the saints of the most High” will receive and possess the kingdom forever. The vision therefore moves from suffering under empire to participation in God’s rule.
The fourth beast receives special attention: ten horns, another arrogant horn, war against the saints, a limited period of oppression, heavenly judgment, and finally the transfer of kingdom authority to God’s holy people. The repeated outcome matters more than speculative horn-matching: beastly power is temporary; God’s judgment and kingdom are not.
