1Tamandani Yehova. Tamandani Mulungu mʼmalo ake opatulika; mutamandeni ku thambo lake lamphamvu.

2Mutamandeni chifukwa cha machitidwe ake amphamvu; mutamandeni chifukwa cha ukulu wake wopambana.

3Mutamandeni poyimba malipenga, mutamandeni ndi pangwe ndi zeze.

4Mutamandeni ndi matambolini ndi kuvina, mutamandeni ndi zingwe ndi zitoliro.

5Mutamandeni ndi ziwaya zolira za malipenga, mutamandeni ndi ziwaya zolira kwambiri.

6Chamoyo chilichonse chopuma chitamande Yehova. Tamandani Yehova.
