1Ndikweza maso anga ku mapiri; kodi thandizo langa limachokera kuti?

2Thandizo langa limachokera kwa Yehova, wolenga kumwamba ndi dziko lapansi.

3Sadzalola kuti phazi lako literereke; Iye amene amakusunga sadzawodzera.

4Taonani, Iye amene amasunga Israeli sadzawodzera kapena kugona.

5Yehova ndiye amene amakusunga; Yehova ndiye mthunzi wako ku dzanja lako lamanja.

6Dzuwa silidzakupweteka nthawi ya masana, kapena mwezi nthawi ya usiku.

7Yehova adzakuteteza ku zoyipa zonse; adzasunga moyo wako.

8Yehova adzayangʼanira kutuluka kwako ndi kulowa kwako; kuyambira tsopano mpaka muyaya.
